We have tried to make it as easy as possible for you to navigate our website and buy our beautiful furniture. When you are making such an important decision, there will always be questions you want to ask.

How much is delivery?

Small parcels are priced at £15 per delivery

Medium parcels are priced at £35 per delivery

Large parcels are priced at £65 per delivery

Orders over £1000 are delivered free of charge to mainland UK

When a mixture of the sized parcels are ordered the delivery will revert to the highest nomination.

Where is my order?

You will be automatically sent an order confirmation from, please add this address to your contacts to make sure this isn’t directed straight to your Junk folder.

Where is the Oli & Grace showroom?

We are an online business with a distribution hub in the East Midlands

How do I access my account?

From your account dashboard you can view your recent orders, manage your shipping and billing addresses and edit your password and account details.

The access to this facility is available at the bottom of the Home page

Where do you ship to?

We ship to mainland UK as standard, offshore UK and International despatches are also available  price upon request.

Can I change my delivery details?

Once logged into your account you can change your delivery address details

How long does a refund take?

We aim to refund your funds inside 14 working days.

I want to return my order

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase then you can return your item to us in it’s original condition and original packaging within 14 days for a refund (excluding delivery fees). Please ensure all items are packaged securely to withstand delivery. Failure to do so may result in Oli & Grace being unable to refund you, we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.
